Mabey your buffer is using a SQL buffs? Go to navicat then mods_buffer_skill or something like this and take the ID's from there.Then do what hoangnhan told ya.Good luck! P.S. When u edit the skills ,do cancel to yourself and then //reload skill .Then try again ^^

Huh so.. You wanna no just hitting noob guard? Well you can optimize it ;) You can add him skills ,so they won't PK again near him :) What shall i add and why? Well i recommend to adding Cancelation and then Root.After that.. Arrows ftw ^^ Why? Because a cancel is a good skill ,it will remove all buffs from enemy due to too much M.Atk.He wont pk again ^^ Okay i got it ,how can i do it? Its simple - Take the NPC Guard ID (mine is 30123) then open npcskills table in your mysql. Go to the last page and add the following things : An example : 30123 ,101,130 .. What this numbers mean? The first one (30123) is the NPC Id.Use it to add a skill on it.The second one (101) is the skill ID.I used stun here.And the 3rd one (130) is the level of the skill.I prefer an enchanted one,so i choose 130 (chance +30). Okay i think you got it! Some examples of my creations.. 30123 , 101 , 130 - STUNNING SHOT 100% 30123 , 4094 , 12 - NPC Cancel 100% removing all buffs 30123 , 1201 , 130 - Root 90% enchanted to chance +30 Then arrows ftw.. L2 Dot forever.. Try it you won't regret :) Anyway archid sux .. why? Because they closed it was a really good pack but l2dot is more optimized and more custom settings.. If you wanna make PvP i recommend l2dot and if you wanna make low rate server use archid..

Your ports aren't opened right.. No by this i mean that you can't connect from your ip.You can connect only local,but you said you can connect ,so .. Are you sure your IP is real or static? If its not,you can't make it public.Mostly ISP want some money to make it static or real.Like they want me 2 + euro per month for the real/static IP.Otherwise open your ports like i said not to 79.101.x.x but to your computers ip.You can find this out by start -> run -> cmd -> ipconfig and see your LAN ip and open ports to it.

First of all ,some internets can't connect thru external IP's.If you are using a router , take your routers IP as a IP.Like my router IP is 192.168.1.3 and i use it as a inside address and outside.You opened all ports don't worry ,but you may need to set your l2.ini to your internal IP and server's too.Hope i helped you :)

Well i need a GM who can help me with class balancing .. I mean like i`ll make him GM and we will test all classes each other to see who is OP and who is weak.. Sorry i bought a new PC and i transfer it to it and it didn't have internet.. I paid it today all can login :) We have a brand new machine and internet so you won't have lag ;)
