First off all the IP address have nothing to do with CS... wtf? It isn't possible. As i said the IP have nothing to do with CS.... The CS not have IP. Your IP is your router's IP, if you play CS or Dota or L2 or even serfing on the net you have the same IP. And you don't need any software to change your IP address, Just restart your router. Yeah... But you have to say why it sucks, anyway.... Rozdex you did the same mistake like me in my first one. When you make the borders just low the opacity of outer glow, use stroke with low opacity too.... If you want i can send you my PSD to see what effects i used. ;)
