Some tutorial_voice_xx are not working on the quest, such as when you just killed Gremlin and she congratulates you for that,
when you get the first dropped item (usually adena), when you just get Bluegemstone,
when you get the recommendation from Newbie Helper and the voice tells you to go to the Grand Masters and deliver.
All VOICES are found in the game's root folder, example: "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Lineage II \ voice".
I know that a lot of people don't care much about this initial little quest and some even prefer to remove it
