Sorry for double posting but when i am trying to run wpf658f.exe from folder "wpfNew" i am getting this error: "Windows are not able to open this .exe. Maybe u don't have the rights to enter this file" !

I create a background but when i am going to place my render (A naruto character with black theme) the black theme goes up to my backround and i can't see the backround.What's the problem? (I wanna place only the character onto the backround not and the black theme!)
