I'm searching it too, looked on few ru forums, but they have a loooot of modified interface, and I still can't find this one in particular. On L2 Greenworld "yome" (RU guy I don't know) have screenshots of a look-like alot interface but won't share it to "no friends". I had ask him orignal maker/post and to this youtube guy too. Waiting answers... I don't bother to spend few $ for this, but only to the real owner, and knowing the features of this mod.
