You can't simply rename a project and make it look like it's an new platform. You obviously have to give more info on that.

It is based on a java project? Is it based on an L2OFF extender? Is it re written from scratch in another language (which is not btw).

If what you did was the case then anyone could do some changes and rename the project he is working on, but in it's core it is still the same platform.

The only other explanation is that you are using Jenose's L2NET project which has been around since 2014 https://github.com/Jenose/L2.Net

and i though that this could be made way simpler.

Now i have made a similar share a while ago but it is really outdated.

The video below is pretty self explanatory but let me tell you what's up.

The user can either pick the npc or item id or even the names and use the autocomplete list to add npcs and items in the multisell.

Then you just press finish and you copy your new multisell file and that's it.

It only works for acis for now (I think, might actually work for other projects too, don't know).

The target is an object id not an npc id.

It is the id of this particular instance of npc you are targeting and not the template's.

What are you talking about? you have no idea. The average consumption is 15kb/s. It is not affected by anything other that the ability of the server to maintain a stable connection with the client.

SSD, ofc better than HDD.

You need 3 things for a l2j server.

Around 15kb/s upload per player.

Ram because in jre the more the better.

SSD because you wanna read and write fast.

no lies .. i dont have idea about .NET .. yet i guess .. i am not a ready programmer and my knowledge is limited but i study hard but i dont have much free time to dedicated in my studies .. because i pay for that .. and to get the pay i have to work hard for that .. Greece ftw .. 

I'd highly recommend you read about .NET framework and C# for such projects.

It's way easier to use and code and nowadays it is also free plus Visual Studio is nice to write on.

(I know Greece, I was born there)

the interface is the easiest part also the chronicle choise is easy  from the time i will finish all the id list you know how hard is to add 5000 ids +15.000 item description +25.000 fast word keys .. just imagine ..

No it's not hard. You simply use the xmls or even the sql stored procedures of the older projects for that matter.

Also why are you not coding this in .NET?
