Well, is there any way for having a RaidBoss system based on configs but without quests for some specific rb? Ex : Valakas Since my Bossmanager is being informed with this way!!

How can i change the re-use?

Noo... When i use one skill , no matter how long time passes by , if i restart the cd will start from the beggining :P

The latter.. When i use for example Heroic Valor and 10 minutes pass by , when i restart , these minutes are like they never existed xD

Today i set up my server in server machine and when i get there from my pc i cant continue : http://prntscr.com/8796aj Ports are opened,typed the ip of the machine in external ( loginserver and gameserver properties) edited l2.ini but still can't go on...
