Good point, since 90 % +/- of the people that will join in the grand opening would be from maxcheaters. I'm 101 % that a pvp server would win this poll. xD

Well, how many Interlude L2OFF low rates exist? 1-2? One that opened kinda recently was L2-Carnage (1st of September if I remember well.) Well, it was a failure. Only 300-400 people in the BEGINING. So, imagine later, when clans would start leaving, cause they didn't get CH or whatever... Compare this to frintezza x10 Hellbound, that opened ~20 days before l2 carnage. 2k+ in the grand opening. Not to mention that Frintezza's already existing Interlude x7 server (~2k daily) was left with 20 people online(Yes, 20 people), and admin was forced to close it, since he didn't want to pay for a dead server.

Tbh, I don't really think that many people would play on Interlude x10, nowadays, especially from a new network, that they cannot trust. Hellbound L2OFF would have more chances to succeed as a low rate, imo.
