You could try VirtualDub you can even insert subtitles in a movie and embed them without using seperate .sub files or so.

If you enter the BIOS menu , it has a tab or something like that , that is about the proccessor and says Overclocking = Auto or something like that , if that is changed then you need to restore it to factory settings , normally this is done by pressing a button ( buttons and what they do is normally shown at the bottom of the screen) then save your settings and your ok.

Maybe its a virus and the actual executable has a problem or its just a problematic version of Photoshop. You better try Photoshop Portable.
