at retail servers i think DA is better, because hate(for rb), DrainHP(for pve good skill), Humstring+Panter = cool in pvp, coz u can drain enemy + hit by pantera Yes paladin can heal, but if looks for pvp, da's drain = heal himself and hit from distance enemy + pantera do not bad dmg, so my chose it is DA :)
