why do i have to show u photo u press arcane power and its open when i change weapon it is going off :you serious?:

when i use arcane power and all the toogles with gm they stuck but when i use them with normal they dontwhy? can u please explain me? what to do? i want them to stuck all the time with any weapon i use.

well i made an sql file it was seccussfull and when i tried to create the item ingame it didn't spawned.
