Announcements will be made in shout. *The event takes place at random times during the evening based on GM availability Event: RedEye round 2! Redeye Round 2 - Let The Drool Hit The Keyboard! For those of you that were here for our 5x server you are probably familiar with our first Redeye event which was immensely popular on Twitch and a whole lot of fun to watch! For those of you interested in the history of the event please see The Original Redeye Event For the most part the event will be the same as the original, a few small changes to the rules as we learned from the first event. The reward is also being discussed but you can be sure it will kick ass just like the first! How It Works I will create a thread where those interested in participating can apply to the event. The number of people I choose (randomly) will depend on the amount of volunteers that step up. it will be a minimum of 4 and max of 10 players. Members will play Lineage 2 and stream their playing live on twitch.tv. They must have an overlay from their webcam active on the stream window. The last one still playing wins the reward (see below) The Rules 1. Your live stream must stay active at all times while you are still in the event, as must your Webcam overlay. If your stream or webcam goes offline for more than 2 minutes you will be disqualified. 2. Your chat window ingame must be visible at all times. There will be frequent ingame announcements during the event and the people monitoring you must be able to see those announcements on your stream. 3. You are allowed 2 x 15 minute breaks and 1 x 30 minute break per each 8 hours. If you do not use your break time in an 8 hour period it does not get carried over until the next 8 hour period. You can use the combined total time how you like but a break cannot be shorter than 15 minutes. 4. You must be able to dependably stream in a minimum of 480p. 5. It is important to be able to get up from your chair and stretch and we encourage this. But you must stay in view of your webcam at all times unless on a scheduled break. Stretching breaks are a maximum of 3 minutes with a maximum of 6 minutes per each hour. 6. Your stream and webcam MUST stay on and active at all times even during your scheduled breaks. all adena and exp/sp rewards are x15, some quests have boosted quest item drops and over the weekend we'll update the server with several quests with boosted drop rates as well.

Yes because events with hats and agathions as rewards to entertain our players should definiately not be on a low rate server. Either way as I said before we'll definiately organise a Korean PvP event in a non siege weekend but it takes some organising. Is this your third or fourth post in this thread since you got banned? Yes we had some start up problems but those issues also got resolved within hours and everything is stable for quite a while now. You're also missinformed as our online count is around 1.1k in the evening and has only been going up for the last week (also due to the newbie pack event). Even at noon on a workday theres around 800 online.

The server is alive and kicking and I dare to say it has the largest and best EU community of any server thats live at this moment. Dont believe all those servers proclaiming having 5k or even 10k online players; thats all pure fiction. We're trying to give the Lineage II community a decent server without pay to win donations and are always transparant in what we do. You will not find corruption or x10 online count mulitpliers in our network. I read someone saying we did this to get rich. Let me tell you this; If we wanted to do a Lineage II project for financial gain we'd have launched an Interlude or Gracia Final server based on a proven pack and ran with that instead of investing all the time and effort in to something different. There is an event suggestion thread on our forum. GM Mustang is online every evening in the EU timezone to host events. Something like Korean style pvp event (by level range) is an awesome idea and we'll certainly consider it! PS: I see some familiar names in this thread bashing us! Most of them are either banned for botting (yes we log every attempted login or use of Adrenaline, zranger, tower etc) or trying to sell their gear. Fucked up that there is a private server that actually does something against RMTing and botting right? Like it or not, we're here to stay! Some of you may have already noticed a new name on the forum administration team or heard rumors about this on IRC but I'd hereby like to officially welcome Mustang to the L2Citadel administration team! Mustang is an experienced GM previously connected to various servers under the old Roxy network and will mostly be charged with running ingame events as well as representing the L2Citadel team in-game, fulfilling the role of a much wanted ingame spokesperson. PS: Online count is only going up and up!! (dont trust randoms or on site counters that say 5k+ or 10k+ online, trust a third party source!)
