Hello. I would like to report verified user called "L2TeamVE", which is obviosuly Vezuelian poverty scammer. He sold me an account (Titan on Innadril) without fully access - without access to email. When I get access to email, I can't change password, because that poverty noob provided wrong phone number (on registration) and cant receive code from Google (over sms). Of course he refused to refund money, as every poverty Venezuealian noob - 250 EUR is his whole family yearly salary.
