Omg, you want us to make every things on your server? anyway,same thing as NPC Buffer, you have 2 ways, download one from there ( i think that you can find something around). Or make you own, its not so hard,make the npc in the npc data, make the Html's,make the client side, and create a simple buyselllist. Maybe its time for you to start exploring some basic AI...

About the database,that's an SQL error while the cached tryes to insert a value thats out of the of the range for the tinyint data type. About the server, its a data write error, related to the database error in this case Btw, that's a licensed or a cracked version of depmax?

what's that "set boss"? you mean an armor set (chest,head,gloves,boots, etc) or a boss jewel? anyway if its a set, is the set skill who gives you those bonus, you can change it in the skilldata so..
