why l2j is bad?

[*]Server: C4 Server (With custom modifications). Played via Interlude client. [*]Gameplay: L2Gold items, 1 hour buffs, exchangeable rebirth system, no class change quests. [*]AIO Buffers In every important town, we have placed out AIO Buffers. The buffs last for 1 hour and they are free of charge. You can create your own favorite scheme. [*]New character When you create a new character you will spawn in the basement of Ivory Tower and you will have all the needed items to be able to start playing. You can take buffs from the AIO NPC Buffer and you are good to go. [*]Occupation change When you reach the required level for each occupation change, you just write .menu and choose Class Manager in the menu that popup. [*]Rebirth system Once you reach level 78 you can go to Aden Castle Town and speak with our Rebirth Manager named Selenor. There you can perform a rebirth. Once you have performed the rebirth, you will be deleveled to level 1 and all of your skills will be gone. This also means that you loose your masteries (S, A, B, C, D). So be careful not to enchant any of your skills and then perform the rebirth. You will loose the enchantments. You will recieve a Book of Rebirth, Scroll of Rebirth and a Rebirth List. With these items you can go to our Mantra Manager and get yourself a special item with a special skill on it. Once you get the item and equip it, you will have a special passive skill, depending of your choice. You can perform a maximum of 3 rebirths per character and each skill that you choose can be maximum of level 3. You can choose all kinds of different combinations. If you are not happy with your choice, just unlearn rebirths and choose again. [*]Noblesse In order to become an Noblesse character, you need to have 3 rebirths, be level 78 and have some various items that you can collect from four different Bosses. You need 4 crowns which can be dropped from: Death Lord Hallate (Black Crown) Kernon (Gold Crown) Longhorn Golkonda (Red Crown) Shilen's Messenger Cabrio (Silver Crown) Now, once you have collected those 4 Crowns and you are 3 rebirthed and level 78. You go to Aden Castle Town, and walk up the stairs, toward the church and talk to our Noblesse Manager named Eddy Wally. [*]S Grade Weapons and Special Abilities There is several ways of getting S Grade Weapons. You can either kill Raidbosses or you can farm Fire mantras. All Raidbosses drop S Grade Weapons with special ability. One place, of several, to farm Fire mantras is Elven Ruins. You need 300 Fire mantras and some adena to buy a S Grade Weapon from the Mantra Manager. [*]S Grade Armors and Apella At L2Noel you can get an advantage in pvp by Refining your armors and your jewels. What is Refine you ask? Well, let me tell you. You start of by buying S Grade Armor of your choice from the Mantra Manager. The armor starts at 50% and can be upgraded all the way to 100%, by 5% at each upgrade. You need different items to upgrade your armors and your jewels. The higher % you have, the more items you will need for the next upgrade. Once you reach 100%, you can transform your armor into Apella. [*]Here is some good things to know of Refining: The whole set needs to be the same % if you want to have the Set Bonus. You cannot fail when you Refine. The enchantments stay the same once you Refine your items. The heavy sets upper & lower body needs to be the same enchantment and both pieces needs to be 100% before you can transform it into Apella Heavy main. [*]Custom Items There is some custom Boss jewels that you can collect from the corresponding Boss. There is also custom Weapons and Shields. L2Gold Weapons and Shields can be dropped by different Raidbosses, except from the Crown Bosses. new navicat=delete all files from server..!

my navicat crashed,and when i open database(ex.l2jdb) i press to create backup,and it gives me error ,cannot connect to database...! could someone help me? Regards,

Hello, thought I would share this smart way to store automatic backups of your database in the cloud. What do I need? - Windows OS - Navicat Premium - Dropbox Free(or Pro) How does it work? It is very simple, you create a batch job that will take backup and give it a schedule so it will repeat. Now this is where Dropbox comes in, after installing Dropbox on your server you will get a folder that will sync all the files you upload. This means after the files are synced you can access them anywhere even if your server is off. I will show you how to change destination folder for your backups. All your backups will be compressed in a .PSC file. This is why you don't really need a Pro user at Dropbox. My database is on 2 gb~ but after the backup is compressed and uploaded to Dropbox it's only 180 MB. Let's start 1. Right-click on your connection and click Connection Properties 2. Click Advanced, then change "Settings Save Path" to your Dropbox folder. My Dropbox folder is on my Desktop but you did maybe put your's somewhere else. 3. Go back to Navicat and press "Schedule", then click New Batch Job. 4. Double click on "Backup (yourdatabasename)" so it will show up in the field under. 5. Now let's save! press CTRL+S and type in a name ex. Backup and then Ok. 6. The backup is now ready but with no function. Press Set Task Schedule and go to "Schedule". You can now enter when you would like to take automatic backups. I choosed Daily and 8 PM because then it's night where I live so few users are online. 7. After you have set your schedule press Ok and enter your server password. Pro tips: Create another Batch Job that empty your chatlog 5 minutes before the backup. You can now access your backups anywhere and through all your devices! This is also really smart in many ways, let's say your server gets hacked and they wipe your database. You will still have the database from last schedule. Just make sure to store Dropbox another place then your Desktop. Enjoy! Credits:Exonize
