Economy is different and I agree on the corruption aspect between the two sides. I understand your perspective of a common language such as English and that would be great. I would just like EU to understand how to create a great server and take notes from RU side.

Lithuania, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Germany are countries in EU that dominate the community in L2 and combined, produce a far larger fanbase than RU due to the fact that only Central and Western part of the country play that game. Also homemade servers existed for a long time, ever since private servers started. It's not a new epidemic and some servers exist, but not in such quantities. Servers are looked as a responsibility and a job rather than a fun experience. My sole purpose is to just stop at least one person from opening a homemade server because in the end I enjoy the EU community and want to stimulate the progress towards the right path

L2top.ru is a clear example of a search engine, log into any mid-rate or pvp server and class master will offer professions without a quest from rates 20x and up. Subclass is free on rates 100x and up on ALL servers. RU servers are different in a sense that most popular zones are MOS, Ketra, Varka, IT, LOA, Hot Springs rather than a custom GK with a PVP and Farm Zone. Please further your search before making another ridiculous reply.
