First - Don't worry, its a NPE ,it wont crash your server. Second - Does any Clan Leader's name have unsupported / not allowed characters? Especially GMs.

Just like all others; Unzip the pack , apply the .sql on your db, setup your configs and you're ready to go. I wouldn't trust on this too much though, a Gracia Final pack already? nhee. But its better then nothing ^^

If you hand compiled it run a mvn clean:clean then mvn assembly:assembly. Everytime I had that problem it was due to mixed jars cause by non-clean target dirs.

Read the guides. And its more clever to make a Gracia Part 2 since Hellbound is easely exploitable.

1st- Using a lot of ifs in that case is just dumb, use switch instead; 2nd- Enterworld is not the proper place to use it, it works indeed, but its not the right place. 3rd- Using that on Enterworld without actually checking if its the main cass is just dumb since if someone relogs with a Sub he'll get max level too ,it may be what you want, but its not safe. Just add a if(getActiveClass().isSub()). 4th- You shouldn't use a switch or ifs at all,just get the value from the Config and Compare it to the CharacterExperience and thus getting the right exp ^^
