i have problem with server,server is not saving data base,, :( he must say (data base is saved) but he dont say that

plz some 1 i must fix it fast:(((((

First of all sory for me englis. ok when i open server, database don't save in other server he say (Data Base saved) but here no and if internet going down, he give rollback and i do't now what to do some 1 help me plz is inportant:(PLZ
