Select your new user and you have now a box in right place " Global Privileges " and here enable "Select and Show View " other disable now at username instead of " root " how you put in localhost put "root@myhostdomain.com" if is not clearly tell me ;)

Configs in frozen are buged.. some of them don't work correctly go in config/protected/other and Set to false ProtectorEnchant= False then will work...
