I might be interested if you change it over to Java. You will have a hardtime with getting a team going with C++ and Java if done well can run almost as well.

It is inflated. There are a couple of servers with decent numbers but L2 is on it`s last legs and populated servers are getting less and less all the time. Give it another 4-5 months and it will be completely dead.

Tera has huge potential and the only way to bring this out is private servers. Tera is beautiful, the combat is fun, the endgame PvP is really good, BAMs are fun. BUT the quests that you need to do to progress to high level are boring, menial, repetitive crap. If we have the ability to run our own servers and change the system a bit (less quests that are harder and more in depth and higher reward) it is going to be a huge improvement on the game. I am not the only one that thinks this. Have a read around on the fansites and blogs it is pretty much the consensus. So I hope you are able to start something with private servers and get the community going on it. Good Luck!

Well in Tera the quests are the only way to level unless you love to grind hehe. For me at first i thought this was horrible as I am a longtime L2 grinder and never touched a quest i didn't need to. The cool thing about Tera is they have made most of the quests quick and easy and the rewards for the quests are really very good. They do need to look at their endgame seriously but they have said more great endgame content is in the works. So far the lvl 50+ pvps and GvG pvp has been alot of fun though lacking the intensity of L2s castle seiges but I think that will change very soon.

The questing in Tera before level 20 sucks and the characters are a bit boring until 16+ but after that it becomes much more fun :D I never said GW2 sucks ;)

6 months max until a real server comes along. I doubt you have any idea of the development work going on over the last month. Tera owns GW2 :)

So far they have done nothing for bots and have been quiet when asked about it. Official scripts were already leaked. it won't be that long.

If you took the time to read you would know I have been playing on official tera servers since beta and continue to. But the bots are going to kill the game just as what happened on L2. If you want to try and compete with bot trains and e-bayers gl hf. I'll take a good private with no bots over that anyday. I'll play official only till a real good private server opens.

The 1rst reason l2 died on OFF servers is because of the bots and NCSofts refusal to take some real action against botters. The second is because NCSoft took 5 years to long to realize that private servers had the right idea in making the game free to play. When they finally made the game free it was already played out. Private servers did not kill L2 greed did. Unfortunately Tera is headed in the exact same direction and honestly I look forward to the private servers that have bot protection. I have already seen confirmed bots in Tera on my server (Valley Of The Titans).

I having being playing since beta and would have to agree. Can't wait to hit endgame and really start the PvP.

There are already working bots for Tera and I see this going the same way that Lineage 2 did on the OFF servers and that is bot haven. Real good private servers are coming in time but obviously will take awhile. Tera should have taken a lesson from what took NcSoft so long to realize in that pay to play doesn't fly anymore. Personally I can't wait for the private servers to start coming if it follows the same curve as L2. The first few years of private L2 servers were a huge amount of fun and very busy I think Tera will be the same. It is already starting http://terareloaded.com

Sorry but no...for so many reasons. Wouldn't even know where to start on the reasons honestly lol. If you were honest and not full of **** I would say good luck but I can't. You will be lucky to have 500 online with over 1/2 being bots.
