Yes, if the buffer does not have mp, then it is not possible to purchase buff from them. When purchasing buffs it also requires you to have any item the the skill requires, ie spirit ore for prophecies. All buffs a character can obtain ingame, excluding super buffs such as hero, salvation types, mystic immunity etc; this is also including every skill enchant route up to +30. PS: I did not cheap out on my own server, and i would not sell crap.

I have created this feature for a low / mid rate server. Since we have decided to delay the launch of our server, i have decided to sell this one feature. I am looking for an old school low rate interlude server. Rates: 5-30x Enchants: Retail Stack Sub System main+1 (including retails) No Custom NPC's AT ALL! Retail buff times, no gm shops need to craft all your gear no auto learn skills, you need to do quests and hunt your spellbooks retail olympiad system And maybe some auto events .. and ofcourse a good community..

Amazing server, they just upgraded the machine, very friendly gm's. They actually listen to player's ideas and suggestions. All bugs that have been reported have also been fixed. The only complaint i have with this server is it use to lag a little, but they solved that issue! Join if you want to stop looking through random servers to find 'the one'.
