How the titel says im looking for a software...atleast a name of a software to modify Town textures .utx files. Unreal Engine 2 doesn't work for them. Hope somebody can advise me a software. :)

Its's well coded and works like it should. the site is working on all browser and resolution from 1280x800-2000x1600 . I don't see the point to create sites for 1% of users with 1024x768 to make it to small for other 99%.
