lol i don't lag .. and the server has problems cuz some noobs are playin' there ... they ask useless questions and spam around the forum (and the game) when server is crashin' cuz the retarded noobs are droppin' stuff .. But as you see in l2.hopzone.net is 3rd with 100% - 97% uptime ..

You should place the screenshot over there because look the source <body background="ivorytower.jpg" bgcolor="orange"> where is your backround .jpeg next to html ? I didnt try but it should work! -
