[HELP] enterInstance player inventory item destroy methods

Hello,

 

I know 2 methods how to destroy item (or take it) when entering instance, but they both doesnt work (st.takeQuestItem and player.getInventory().destroyItemById(); )

So im asking who knows more methods that i could use.
