Error while trying to make l2 server HELP PLS!

When im trying to register a game server it give me diz error!

When open GS Registering Tool in Login i says me

 

"There Was and error while attempting to retriev the list of the currently registered server Game servers."

Reason:Access Danied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password : No ) WTF? Im using a password !

Pls delete or lock if im in wrong section!

oh and you need to enter your password for the MYSQL database in whatever config file it is that is causing that error (most likely server.properties in the gameserver folder.)
