Know someone of you guys how i can make or activate a debuff bar? And if this buffs are buffs or debuffs on retail?
For Exemple : Dagger mastery,Polearm Mastery,Fighter Will,Archer Will,Rune Protection,Iron Shiled,Counter Mind,Counter Dash,Warrior Ability- Haste Summoner Ability- Spirit and so on...
