Well since there is no topic with it and ppl are bumping my old thread asking for it, Im gonna share the IG for this server.

To use it is very simple like older walkers, but just for the newbies:

 

1) Unrar wherever you want.

2) Open L2Walker.exe, Select l2.exe from your Lineage II folder.

3) Click Run, login and ingame press Home key.

 

Note: There are some sets inside the rar, one of them is ready to farm inside mithril mines with full equiped fullbuffed nukers (spellhowler recommended). I don't remember which one is it so you have to try everyone of them.
