Newbie adventurer gives only something to exchange to weapon etc, i dont see newbie coins ; ff. Rust gold coins and others are tradable?

Edit: Ye, they are tradable ... but, this is quest for first human class. Is any other quest to fast get gold coins looking like Coins Of Luck?

go as 15+ level(don't remember) at newbie helper ,and press receive teleport tokens(or something like that)

you can have access to newbie helper in starting towns(delven,elven,talking island etc) until 24 i think

In starting towns are only Newbie Guilds, and they dont give coins/tokens
