[Request] L2Off (Interlude) - Midrate 25x-85x (English majority - Prefer USA)

Looking for a server.  L2Off Interlude.

 

Mid Rates...  25x-85x is acceptable.

 

I prefer it very english friendly.  Half of the servers popping up today are Lithuanian servers and half the quests text and chat is in Russian!?

 

I'd really prefer it to be USA based.
