Well i had a netbook with Ubuntu 9.04 and WIndows XP.I made a mistake and the windows doesn't open cause the msgina.dll doesn't run.Is any way to replace it ??

Can't cause the repair says that MUST boot from CD before the OS open

you can boot from the usb... you just need to find a way to copy the files from the cd to the usb.
