1 Problem

i m going to play runes of magic , but i can't ,the problem is that i cant extract game update exe file , i succesfuly downloaded and installed game but i need to update it, that's the problem , my pc keeps restarting always when i open extractor file , the file is about +1gb i think , so why my pc is restarting anybody know ? its not cpu temperatur it's somethink else but i dont know
