about Freeya system patch

soo i had one old system patcher to use on a oficial freeya system but it just did not worked soo if anyone has any ideas please speak freely BUT if it better to doit with hosts then tell me also how to doit with hosts IF system patchin doesnt work thanks :)

is it just so hard to find ? yes i used search function but i only found patched system not the patcher that patches systems :(
