Fixing Kamael Skills

Hello everyone. We, have problems on our server.. We can't fix Kamaels skill : Lightning barrier and Steal Divinity.

I wan't to change Lightning barrier land rate. I want to change buff stealing on skill Steal Divinity. Normal takes 3 - 7 buffs, but I want from this de-buff to steal only 1 or 2. So I need to fix this in Java Code or in XML file ?

Steal divinity cant steal 1-2 buffs on retail.. better take astrald fix is shared somewhere here if i find link i will give y
