IPjack problem

In order to connect to rpg-club I need IPjack running successfully. I've got a major problem.

 

When I download IPjack and install filter, it simply won't install, no matter what I do. (when you click on the manager again, there should be a removal option, which I DON'T have, it still says just 'install filter')

So I downloaded the IPJACK fix.

Everything was successful, yeeee. NOT

Still the same problem.

 

I don't use any anti-virus, tried disabling the firewall and have UAC disabled

 

Any help?

I use windows vista 64 bit
