Okay , my question is : How to unlock the other heroes?

I am sorry if it's stupid but I am new on LoL

If you have seen,after each game you get an amount of influence points (ip).Go to the store (the orange button under your name),and you will see some tabs at the bottom (champions,bundles,runes etc.),click at the champions tab,and you will see that there are many champions that can be unlocked by ip,or rp(riot points,which can be obtained through donation).There are 4 prices of champions-the ones of 450ip,the ones of 1350 ip,the ones of 3150 ip and the ones of 6300 ip.
