I was playing HB server and mastery skill was bugged when u click it on and do buffs you get double time. When i was making augument before i augument the weapon i was clicking mastery and sometimes not every time but from 3/1 i was getting double augument like +30 p attack and down again +30 p attack. I hope it works in your server also you can try it.

Mby he want tell something about that skills from augment have double time from Skill mastery - Depending on user's STR, the re-use time resets or the duration doubles.
