A Question About Chronicles and Packs

I wanna ask you something guys...which is the best chronicle and which pack to open a server in these days?i also wanna know which pack is the safest to have pretty stable server and good protected?i would like to have a good protected server so it would be hard to get crashed by a hacker or exist bugged players... thank you :)

Project: L2JServer

Info: Get the latest revision of L2JServer's DP and GS. Start working on it, implement your features, and never forget to sync with L2JServer. Once you have finished implementing your features, fixing issues, syncing, testing, you'll be able to open the server. You will still, though, have to sync daily with L2JServer's last rev and update your pack (= restart the server) whenever you consider that you should (at least once per week).
