[share] a small modification to encdec tools

I hate when I encrypting utx again and again by doing

1.  copy name.utx to enc directory

2. execute enc.bat

3. delete the unencrypted utx

4. rename the enc-name.utx

5. copy the name.utx to systexture

 

now I modifiied

1. copy name.utx to enc directory

2. execute enc.bat

3. copy the name.utx to systexture

 

explain:

the script i modified in enc.bat is encrypting the name.utx and delete the unencrypted and rename the enc-name.utx to name.utx..
