l2.bin error

hello, I'm italian and I don't speak english very well. Help me please...when I start lineage 2 freya ,computer give me an error "l2.bin has stopped to rune". I've changed the file's l2.bin into l2.exe,but computer shows me another error "l2.exe has stopped to rune"...the problem can be window 7? please help me...thx...
