Hi everyone. Can someone tell me binding cubic  been nerfed by nc soft ?  

Now works like necro anchor or ligtning strike SK.  "Causes the enemy's body to go completely rigid for 15 seconds and causes paralysis for 10 seconds". Nc soft Dislike Warlock.
