if you want to say buff duration time, change time from Buff Duration List, don't mess with those xml files.

Example:

825,14400;826,14400;827,14400;828,14400;829,14400;830,14400;

825 = Buff ID

14400 = Buff Time

 

Simple.

before you want to change time for those buff's be sure you have enabled that option.

EnableModifySkillDuration = True
