You can try Lineage II Myrmidon x10, Gracia Epilogue, server started 23rd of October, GMs on everyday (custom report sysetm available if there's no GM on). About players, the server is still new so, we don't have an incredible amount of players.

www.lineage-server.com i think that its the best for you...300+ players online and today was the update of RAM to 12GB :) Also server is new and you can get epuip asap if you have a good and organased Clan :)
