Animation in Unreal Editor

How to open model (animation), when I try to open ,it say Error,Maybe the ukx files are encoded like textures packages?Maybe I need some programes like l2decrypt(But it can't encode the ukx).Or maybe someone can write a manual abou this

can not open the animations as well as the texture files provided will give you critical error, you need make new one.
