Startbar problem

Why I can't put shortcuts(of programs) or programs on start bar in that place?(like MSN, Skype, Garena)

Before some days I had shortcuts there, but one day everything disappeared and since then I can't put anything.

Yes. I tried it too. Do you see these ""dots"? I can't move them to the right.

Τhis happens when you unlock the bar.If you lock it,it should not be happening!

Right click on the bar > CLick the first choice and then find the shortcut you need to!

The other options from above(Επιφανεια εργασια, iTunes) was appearing in the other side of the bar, next to the clock, next to the (<)
