I have followed some guides, i modified l2.ini, hosts, etc... but i still can't login to my server! help plz!

ok now i m at the final step. look i have opened the server and configured l2.ini but it stucks at the: you are currently loging in, please w8 a momment.

 

I am so close! help me solve this and then lock the topic!
