ok first of all this is in wrong section because is not client modding, and second the text say all, you need fix SQL adapting to your DB because SQL maybe have + or - rows, just count in your table of NAVICAT how many rows have in this table and count how many have in SQL, delete or add new rows and you fix that ;) good luck
