i found this topic but there is from 2.3 to 2.4

filip127, freya is using the same format as epilogue, so you can simply cut out the epilogue custom items codes and paste them in freya and it will work fine.

lol my guide is for all chronicles but I do with example CT2.3 to CT2.4 -.- read better before posting!!!!
