[Help] Question about applying patch

I've read a lot of guides and none of them says what you have to do AFTER you apply the patch. I did that, compiled the whole thing and now what? What should I copy? I doubt I have to copy everything -.-

Well you need those files that have been modified. Usually it's the l2jserver.jar, sometimes a few config files.

In my case, I edited olympiad.java
