it had to do with the 75 lvl & xp 100%

well if you looka t the little movie it has something to do with switching weapons spontaneously

 

 

 

he has a dual and a single sword switching off

 

 

 

at first he switches manually rotating between a dual and 1 hand sword + shield

 

then later on he hotkeys only a dual and a 1 handed justan observation
