I need help about transfering and how can i take backup

I want transfer my Navicat backups to other machine but i dont know how can i do this How can take backups and transfer it to other machine?

sql backups example:How can i take characters.sql's backup? and install it to other machines navicat sql?

Dump the sql file and then execute sql file to the other machine
